About the role
Admire ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. In this role, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy
- Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Accurately collect and record data on client progress
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members to support client goals
- Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging therapy environment
Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework preferred)
- Previous experience in ABA or working with children
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Schedule
- Part-time availability (AM and/or PM shifts)
