Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Paid Training Provided
Paid training, onboarding, and drive time: Paid at $15/hr
Hourly Pay Range
Hourly Pay: $19-25/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)
Certification Training
Paid RBT certification training provided within your first month of employment
What You’ll Do
- Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
- Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
- Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
- Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
- Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress

What We’re Looking For?
- High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old
- Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework)
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required
- This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used
- Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday)
- General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products
