About the role

Looking for someone that has been or is currently a Behavior Health Technician (BHT) or a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Must have professional experience working with individuals with autism and must be available Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-4:30pm.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one support to children with autism and related developmental needs using evidence-based strategies
  • Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a supervising clinician
  • Teach communication, social, daily living, and behavioral skills in home, school, or community settings
  • Collect data on client progress and adjust support strategies as needed
  • Build positive, supportive relationships with clients and their families
  • Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure consistent, high-quality care
  • Celebrate small wins that lead to meaningful, life-changing progress
  • Be a steward of ATS’s mission, vision, values, and beliefs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma, or GED (minimum) and 18+ years old
  • Experience working with children or individuals with disabilities (or related coursework)
  • Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle is required. This is not a position where rideshare or public transportation can be used.
  • Candidates with evening/after-school availability preferred (sessions typically 2–6 hours, Monday–Friday)
  • General knowledge of computer systems, including Windows and Google products.

Qualifications

  • No college degree required
  • Paid training provided within your first month of employment

Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of autism and related developmental disorders
  • Proficiency in using technology and software

Pay

Hourly Pay: $19-26/hr for direct billable hours (based on experience)

Schedule

Monday - Thursday 2:30pm-4:30pm
