About the role
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with developmental needs
- Support skill development in communication, social interaction, play, daily living, and independence
- Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans
- Track and celebrate client progress
Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Reliable transportation
- Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
- Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
- Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team

Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. After-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
