Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with developmental needs
• Support skill development in communication, social interaction, play, daily living, and independence
• Collaborate with families and supervising BCBA to implement individualized treatment plans
• Track and celebrate client progress

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team
