Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team

Pay

Competitive hourly pay: $28.00–$33.00 per hour.

Schedule

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We are currently hiring for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
