Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills
• Work closely with families and your supervising BCBA to support each child’s growth
• Celebrate client progress and make learning fun

Requirements

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
• Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
• Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team
