Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Achieve ABA Therapy Group is urgently hiring a dependable and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time position in Colorado Springs. This role offers consistent weekday hours, meaningful one‑on‑one work, and strong clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one behavioral support
• Implement individualized treatment and behavior‑support plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data and complete session documentation
• Support the student’s communication, participation, independence, and emotional regulation
• Collaborate professionally with the supervising BCBA
• Maintain dependable attendance and consistent communication

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification in good standing
• Ability to complete onboarding within 48 hours of accepting an offer
• Ability to begin working within 14 days of accepting an offer
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to complete all required background checks and onboarding requirements
• Dependable, patient, professional, and comfortable supporting children with behavioral needs

Pay

Competitive hourly pay: $28.00–$32.00 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule
