Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

About the role

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license to commute to each location and be punctual.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• RBT certification (required).
• Up to 25% travel may be required.
