Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide high‑standard ABA care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license for travel to client locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• RBT certification (required).
