Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking qualified, caring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide the highest standard of care to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and submit session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings.
• Maintain a vehicle and valid driver’s license for commuting to each location and be punctual for appointments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Valid state identification card.
• Reliable transportation.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• RBT Certification (required).

Schedule

Monday to Friday with weekends as needed. Clinic options are available. Travel requirement up to 25% of time.
