Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ABA Therapy

About the role

Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism. We are specifically looking for candidates available during morning and early afternoon hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings
• Work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Communicate effectively with families (Spanish-speaking households) and team members

Requirements

• Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we provide support)
• Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
