Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) ABA Therapy
Job Summary
Blossom ABA is actively hiring a Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services for children with autism. We are specifically looking for candidates available during morning and early afternoon hours.

Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home settings
- Work directly with children to build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
- Collect and record data on client progress
- Communicate effectively with families (Spanish-speaking households) and team members
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Active RBT certification (or willingness to obtain – we provide support)
- Experience working with children preferred (ABA, childcare, education, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High school diploma required (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
