Blossom ABA is growing, and we’re looking for compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team in the Jacksonville area. Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Collect and track data on client progress
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Work closely with families and your clinical team to support each child’s progress
Requirements
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Passion for working with children
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
