Registered Behavior Technician RBT ABA Therapist
Job Summary
Alight Behavioral Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Riegelwood, North Carolina. As an RBT with our organization, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children on the autism spectrum.
Responsibilities
- Deliver in-home ABA therapy sessions to children with autism, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with Clinical Supervisors and other multidisciplinary team members
- Collect and record data on client progress, identifying areas of improvement and celebrating successes
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of client sessions, reports, and progress
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to establish consistent and effective strategies for implementing ABA techniques in the home environment
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and network with colleagues
