Registered Behavior Technician: Pooler Location

Responsibilities

• Teaching communication, play, social, and daily living skills
• Encouraging independence and confidence
• Following individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collecting data to monitor each child's progress
• Collaborating with families and your clinical team
• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED
• Experience working with children is a plus, but not required
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn
• Ability to pass a background check and obtain CPR certification
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training program

Qualifications

• No RBT certification or ABA experience required
• We provide hands-on training and cover the cost of becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Pay

• $18/hour starting pay

Schedule

• One consistent day shift: Monday-Friday, 8:25 AM-4:30 PM
• No evenings, weekends, or rotating schedules
