Registered Behavior Technician NEEDED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE Riverdale AREA

About the role

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is needed immediately for the Riverdale area. This position involves providing behavioral support services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct behavioral support services to clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate client progress.
• Document all observations and interventions in client records.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Current certification as an RBT from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Pass a background check.
