About the role

A registered behavior technician is needed immediately for the Fayette area. This position involves providing behavioral support services under the supervision of a licensed behavior analyst.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing behavior intervention plans
• Monitor client progress and report to supervisors
• Document client sessions and maintain records
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, special education, or related field
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
