Position Overview
Registered Behavior Technicians provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in the child's home, school and daycare environment. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will help children build communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA
- Collect data and complete session documentation accurately
- Support clients and families with professionalism and responsiveness
- Teach and reinforce skills during natural routines within the home environment
- Travel to client homes to deliver services as scheduled
Position Requirements
- Active RBT certification.
- High school diploma or GED required
- Passion for working with young children with behavioral challenges
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
RBT Perks & Pay
- Flexible Schedule: In-Home Services
- Part-Time Hours 4pm EST- 6:30pm EST
- $20.50 an hour
- +$2/hour for In-Home Sessions
- Paid Mileage for Travel
