Bridgewell is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing social and human services to empower people with disabilities and other life challenges. We deliver support through various programs including community housing, day programs, outpatient treatment, recovery services, education, and employment training. Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in all activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services and support to individuals with developmental/intellectual disabilities, implementing behavior interventions, assisting in data collection, and providing data reporting on target behaviors.
• Maintain regular meetings with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.
• Create opportunities and support individuals to make decisions to develop their skills and foster independence.
• Ensure compliance with DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and Bridgewell policies and procedures.
• Transport and accompany individuals as needed to and from medical, recreational, and other activities outside the program.
• Maintain required documentation according to regulatory standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Support individuals in accessing resources and recreational opportunities in the community.
• Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.
• Maintain core training certifications including CPR/FA, OSHA, PABC, MAP, and Driver Safety.
• Maintain additional mandated certifications and training as required by the program.
• Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Associate's Degree or DSP Certification preferred.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• At least 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Skills/Knowledge

• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license and minimum of one year of driving experience.
• Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft products and web-based applications used by the agency.

Physical Demands

• Climb stairs frequently.
• Lift a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Drive a vehicle and meet driving record requirements of the agency.
• Have normal range of eyesight and hearing.
