About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to support our team in Sartell, MN.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a BCBAC
- Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
- Communicate with parents, caregivers, and other team members to ensure seamless collaboration
- Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, special education, human services)
- Completion of a Registered Behavior Technician training program or proof of registration with a certifying organization (e.g., RBT, BCaBA)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, individualized services to children with ASD
