About the role
The Registered Behavior Technician must currently be an RBT with the Andrews Center. They are part of a treatment team at the Treatment and Learning Center (TLC) for Children, which includes the Comprehensive Program, Focus Program, and Autism Outreach.
Responsibilities
- May be provided with daily coaching by the program manager, Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and/or (BCaBA), Lead registered behavior technicians (RBTs)-also referred to as the leadership team.
