Registered Behavior Technician- BeYou ABA

About the role

Beyou Behavior Therapy is a dedicated provider of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role offers hands-on experience in ABA while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy
• Implement behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Support the development of communication, social, and self-help skills
• Collect and record session data as required
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment
• Follow all physical and safety requirements specific to each client

Requirements

• Current RBT certification
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (babysitting, tutoring, coaching, teaching, etc.)
• Reliable transportation and willingness to commute within the service area
• Consistent availability Monday–Friday from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to pass a background check
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain one)
• Completion of TB test, physical exam, and proof of vaccination

Pay

$30.00 per hour

Schedule

Part-time schedule available, Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 7:30 PM, minimum 10 hours per week, up to 20 hours maximum per week
