Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

We are actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to play a key role in implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior for individuals with autism and related disorders. Your work will directly enhance the quality of life for children and their families. At The Learning Tree ABA, we prioritize a supportive, growth-oriented environment for our staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
