Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

We are seeking passionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with autism and related disorders. As an RBT at The Learning Tree ABA, you will implement evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote meaningful, lasting improvements in behavior, directly enhancing the quality of life for children and their families. We prioritize a supportive, growth-oriented environment for our staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct-care behavioral therapy in individual sessions (group sessions may also be assigned).
• Work with BCBAs and BCaBAs to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collect accurate data as per company policies.
• Submit session notes related to treatment plan implementation.
• Support family and caregivers in following behavioral support strategies.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including appropriate clothing, timeliness, and communication.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Be at least 18 years or older to apply.
• Have the ability to travel to and between client locations.
• If not RBT certified, must complete RBT certification within the first 3 months of employment.
