Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

We are looking for playful, high-energy Behavior Technicians seeking full-time employment at the [Fill in the Blank] location!. You must have a passion for helping kids learn and have fun! Responsibilities

• Serve clients in the center Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
• Rotate clients every 90 minutes within the center.
• Work 4:30pm - 6:30pm in clients' homes (up to two days per week).

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passionate about working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and other professionals.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work with children and adults.
• Patience and empathy.
• Basic computer skills.

Pay

$15-$20/hr (depending on experience).

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours per week), with the option to work in clients' homes 4:30pm - 6:30pm (up to two days per week).
