Work In Center
Monday - Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
Two times per week, work in client’s home 4:30pm - 6:30pm
Client material creation and preparation
Directly Implement Individualized Treatment Plans under the direction of BCBA
Incorporate sensory activities into the session (Arts/Crafts/Activities/Games)
Record client data into Central Reach program
Convert appointments into billing
Write detailed SOAP notes
Attend weekly team meetings with BCBA
Attend Quarterly in-service trainings and team bonding activities
Cleaning duties

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
• No criminal background
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Able to lift at least 40 pounds, to sit on the floor, and to be physically active

Expectations

• Provide high-quality care to our clients
• Absorb all ethical guidelines set forth by the BACB
• Maintain client privacy in accordance with HIPAA laws
• Maintain the clinic's reputation for an organized, team environment
• Behave professionally with all staff members, clients, and caregivers
• Report to the CEO, Regional Director, Clinical Director, and BCBA
