Responsibilities

• Provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data for presentation.
• Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification or completion of a 40‑hour course.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation (required).
• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (required).
• Ability to communicate effectively with co‑workers, supervisors, and families.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, follow instructions, and ask questions.
• Demonstrated passion for working with clients who have developmental and social challenges.
