We're hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who are ready to roll up their sleeves, get silly when needed, and show up every day to make a difference.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
- Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (you'll get paid training and your certification on us!)
- Cheer them on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
- Track progress and learn how to make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with supportive, experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) who've got your back to develop life-changing care plans
Requirements
- RBT certified? Great! Not yet? We'll train you (and pay you while you learn)
- You're reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
- High school diploma required; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients

Pay
$18 - $21 an hour
Schedule
Hours vary based on client needs, but typically part-time, flexible schedule.
