Registered Behavior Technician

Grow Your Future. Help Kids Shine. At Spectrum of Hope, we're looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. This isn't just a job; it's a chance to change two lives: yours and those of the children we serve.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training provided)
• Cheer children on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop life-changing care plans

Requirements

• RBT certified (we'll train you if not)
• High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving)
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for in-home clients (if applicable)
