Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA to deliver ABA therapy sessions effectively.
• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in various settings (e.g., home, school, community).
• Accurately record client progress and behavior data during sessions to track goals and outcomes.
• Use positive reinforcement and other ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including therapists, educators, and healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care, consistency in interventions strategies, and effective communication.
