About the role

Pediatric Therapies Hawai'i is a standout ABA clinic that employs a holistic and comprehensive approach to therapy. The clinic focuses on behavior modification while also addressing the overall well-being and development of each child. Key aspects include play-based teaching and therapy, natural environment teaching, and collaboration with other therapists and professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Implement behavior plans developed by the BCBA to deliver ABA therapy sessions effectively.

  • Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with clients in various settings (e.g., home, school, community).

  • Data collection: accurately record client progress and behavior data during sessions to track goals and outcomes.

  • Use positive reinforcement and other ABA strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.

  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care, consistent interventions, and effective communication.

Requirements
