About the role
New Dawn ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians for part-time positions from 12:30 PM to 5 PM. The role involves providing 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, implementing treatment plans, teaching and reinforcing communication, social, and behavioral skills, and participating in supervision sessions and team meetings.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
- Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Teach and reinforce communication, social, and behavioral skills
- Collect and record data to track progress (training provided)
- Participate in supervision sessions and team meetings
- Work collaboratively with your BCBA and therapy team
Requirements
- RBT Certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Qualifications
- Required: RBT Certification
- Preferred: Experience as a Behavior Technician, ABA Therapist, or RBT
