MeBe offers one of the top ABA training programs using the Vincent Carbone method. We invest in two weeks of paid training to prepare you to pass your RBT exam and pair you with Supervisors for guidance.

Responsibilities

• Teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills in a 1:1 setting to children with autism at MeBe’s Learning Center.
• Follow treatment plans developed by BCBAs to increase communication, self-help, social, and play skills.
• Relay information on children’s progress to BCBAs and assist with assessments.
• Accurately record behavior analysis and progress in the data collection system (Central Reach) using a provided tablet.
• Clock in/out, submit session notes, and adhere to ABA and insurance provider regulations.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and clean workplace.
• Assist with lunch breaks, bathroom breaks, and diaper changing.
• Complete projects and tasks as directed by Site Director and Clinical Supervisors.
• Voice questions, issues, and concerns to supervisors and co-own treatment planning.
• Build positive relationships with families while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Contribute positively to the MeBe Family culture.

Requirements

• Consistent availability from Monday through Friday (part-time shifts available).
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• RBT certification preferred; must obtain within 45 days of employment (MeBe provides support).
• TRICARE certification preferred.
• Background in child care, teaching, counseling, or babysitting preferred.
• Ability to frequently bend, lift (up to 50 lbs), squat, sit, stand, and/or run (without reasonable accommodations).
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work with computers.
• Must obtain CPR/BLS certification before working with clients.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in Pediatrics, Human Development, or Biology preferred.
