Registered Behavior Technician at Kihei Clinic (certification provided)

About the role

We are hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to work at our locally owned clinic located in Kihei, HI.

Responsibilities

• Review client's plan for the day and gather learning tools.
• Work 1:1 with clients to help achieve their goals.
• Track client progress on a tablet provided by us.
• Support your client under supervision from a BCBA and floor supervisors.
• Clean up client’s assigned room area after sessions.

Requirements

• Have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background screening.
• Be able to lift or assist clients and equipment up to 50 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Ability to work well with a team.

• Ability to adapt to different learning styles.

Pay

$24.00 per hour (with future opportunities for raises).

Schedule

Monday – Friday between 8:00am to 5:30pm.

Starting Pay

$850 sign-on bonus for non-certificated RBTs.
