Join Spectrum of Hope as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) where you’ll work one-on-one with children, implement fun, structured therapy sessions, and collaborate with experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism
• Implement fun, structured therapy sessions based on behavior plans (training provided)
• Cheer children on as they learn to communicate, play, and thrive
• Track progress and make data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with experienced BCBAs to develop life-changing care plans

Requirements

• You care about people-plain and simple
• RBT certified or willing to be trained (certification covered)
• Reliable, flexible, and comfortable getting down on the floor to play
• A high school diploma; bonus points for experience in childcare, education, or caregiving
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for in-home clients

• High school diploma required

Pay

$16 - $21 per hour
