What You'll Do:
- Partner with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
- SUPPORT THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE BY ASSISTING IN THE CLASSROOM SETTING, PROMOTING LEARNING, ENGAGEMENT, AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT.
- CREATES AND ASSISTS IN FACILITATING ENGAGING AND EFFECTIVE LEARNING EXPERIENCES FOR CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER (ASD).
- USE CLEAR COMMUNICATION AND POSITIVE REINFORCEMENT TO HELP CHILDREN REACH THEIR FULL POTENTIAL.
- COMPLETE DAILY PROGRESS NOTES RELATED TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERVENTION PLAN.
- CREATES AN ENVIRONMENT THAT FOSTERS SKILL ACQUISITION, FUNCTIONAL COMMUNICATION, AND SCHOOL APPROPRIATE BEHAVIOR FOR CHILDREN.

Requirements:
- Proof of high school graduation (Diploma or GED)
- At least 18 years of age
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs, sit on floors and/or child-sized furniture, and quickly move from a seated position to running stance
- Ability to pass a drug screening including marijuana with exceptions for medical card holders
- College enrollment or degree preferred
Training and Development:
- RBT Certification Support: 40-hour training, competency assessment, and exam support provided.
- Ongoing Supervision: Weekly BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) supervision and feedback
- Professional Development: Opportunities to grow into advanced clinical or leadership roles within FronteraCare
