Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Carry On Therapy is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across Tennessee. We provide ABA services that focus on real life, real families, and meaningful progress. Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, or clinic settings
• Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and record data on client progress
• Collaborate with families and clinical team members
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and safe session environment

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (required at time of application)
• High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework preferred)
• Experience working with children or in ABA is helpful
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally

• $250 hire‑on bonus for qualified candidates (active RBT certification, willing to work in service area, evening availability, full‑time or evening hours 4‑8 pm; paid after 45 days of successful client service)
• $200 referral bonus for RBTs or BCBAs referred to Tennessee or Nebraska (paid after referral remains employed 60 days)

Pay

$20–$24 per hour starting pay, based on experience. RBTs with additional experience may discuss higher pay.

Schedule

Full‑Time (30+ hours per week) or Part‑Time. Flexible scheduling based on availability, including evening hours.
