Registered Behavior Technician

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to children in a clinic setting.
- Implement individualized behavior plans, collect accurate data, and contribute to the progress and well-being of each client.
- Work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and clinic staff.
- Participate in training and supervision meetings.
- Maintain open communication with BCBAs and clinic staff.
- Follow ethical and billing practices with attention to detail.
Requirements
- Current RBT certification (BACB), in good standing.
- Minimum 2 years of ABA or IDD experience.
- Experience working with children preferred.
- Strong understanding of ABA principles, including DTT and NET.
- Comfortable receiving and applying feedback.
- Ability to use Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to work on the floor, move up/down stairs, and remain active throughout the day.

Pay
$23.00-$25.30/hour.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday, some days 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, others 10:00 AM-7:00 PM, 36 hours per week.
