Key Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA therapy plans under the supervision of BCBAs
- Collect and record data accurately to track client progress
- Assist clients with skill acquisition, communication, and behavior reduction techniques
- Communicate regularly with supervisors, caregivers, and team members
- Maintain ethical standards and follow organizational policies
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in psychology or related fields is a plus
- Experience working with individuals with autism or behavioral challenges preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and professional ethics
