About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to individuals with various developmental, social, and emotional diagnoses.
- Tailor therapy to each individual’s interests and needs.
- Ensure therapy practices result in positive outcomes.
- Deliver therapy primarily at our clinic in Montrose, with opportunities for generalization in client’s homes, communities, schools, day programs, and telehealth settings.
- Receive paid training to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Earn a clear career advancement path leading to BCaBA or BCBA certification with support from the company.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Reliable transportation.
- A strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Pass a felony background check and previous employment verification.
- The ability to lift 50 pounds, twist, kneel, and engage in active physical play with children.
- A valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Qualifications
- An active RBT certification.
- Bilingual fluency.
- A degree in psychology, education, human services, or a related field.
- Current enrollment in BCBA coursework.
Skills
