About the role
RBTs provide direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy to children on the autism spectrum
- Work under the supervision of a BCBA
Requirements
- Must have or be working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week
- Must have obtained their Registered Behavior Technician certificate
- Prior RBT experience is preferred

Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of ABA Therapy techniques
