Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Carolina Therapeutics, PLLC, is hiring additional Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for its growing in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy practice in Greenville, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy services
• Work with clients to develop and implement behavior intervention plans
• Assess client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Document sessions and maintain client records
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Stay current with ABA therapy research and best practices

Requirements

• Must have or be working towards a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 20 hours of direct therapy per week
• Must have obtained their Registered Behavior Technician certificate
• Prior RBT experience is required

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for ABA therapy and helping individuals with autism spectrum disorders

Skills

• Knowledge of ABA principles and techniques
• Ability to adapt interventions based on individual client needs
• Proficiency in using technology for data collection and documentation
