Registered Behavior Technician

Beyond Core Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Smithville, MO! If you love working with children, enjoy making a positive impact, and want to be part of a supportive ABA team, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children in their home and/or school environment
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
• Collect and accurately document data on client progress
• Work closely with BCBAs, families, and other team members
• Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for every child

Requirements

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT training (if applicable)
• Valid CPR & First Aid certification
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or in ABA is a plus
• Motivated to learn and grow

Pay

$24–$29 per hour

Schedule

30 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–1 PM
