About the role
Beacon is seeking compassionate, dedicated, and experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to provide behavioral support services to children and adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities, Severe Mental Illness, and high-acuity behavioral needs.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized Behavior Support Plans under the supervision of a BCBA
- Teach and reinforce communication, social, daily living, and adaptive skills using evidence-based practices
- Collect, document, and report behavioral and skill acquisition data accurately
- Utilize de-escalation techniques and behavior intervention strategies safely and effectively
- Collaborate with BCBAs, clinical staff, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure treatment consistency
- Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements
- Participate in ongoing supervision, training, and professional development
- Follow all company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards
- Absorb and implement assessments, incident reporting, and compliance-related activities as needed
Requirements
- Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the BACB
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to pass all required background checks
- Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
Qualifications
- Experience working in high-acuity behavioral health environments
- Experience supporting individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, or severe behavioral challenges
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Schedule
- Five (5) 8-hour shifts per week
- Four (4) 10-hour shifts per week
