Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

We are currently seeking dedicated, energetic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team. As an RBT with Astro ABA, you’ll work 1:1 with children in their homes, implementing treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in the client's home or community setting
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans created by a supervising BCBAC
• Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate regularly with BCBAs, parents, and team members
• Attend team meetings and training sessions as required
• Maintain professional, respectful communication with families
• Ensure safety and promote skill development for each child

Requirements

• Must hold an active RBT certification through the BACB
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential
