Registered Behavior Technicians play an important role in helping children and their families receive the therapy services that they need in a fun and exciting location!

Responsibilities

  • Direct client care and provide high-quality early intervention services with support and direction from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
  • Implement Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in an outpatient clinic setting, home-based or school/community setting.
  • Develop and identify resources and support information for patients and their families.
  • Complete daily treatment notes in EMR system to ensure appropriate billing of services provided.
  • Discuss referrals for additional patient services, as needed, with BCBA.
  • Proactively communicate and collaborate effectively with fellow Registered Behavior Technicians, BCBAs, families, and additional team members to support the needs of the client.
  • Attend therapy meetings as scheduled.
  • Participate in CEU trainings as needed to maintain professional license requirements.
  • Comply with federal, state, and local certification requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school Diploma or GED.
  • Current RBT certification a plus!
  • Experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.).
  • An individual who thrives on being part of a team.

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Hours are flexible and can vary based on the needs of the clients and the team.

Qualifications

Our Ideal RBT Candidate:

  • Has high school diploma or GED.
  • Has current RBT certification (a plus!)
  • Has experience in a pediatric environment (daycares, schools, etc.).
  • Thrives on being part of a team.
