About the role
Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency that provides home & center-based ABA therapy to children with autism across the United States, including both in-home and in-center therapy. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) works under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and delivers therapy directly in the homes of children with autism.
Responsibilities
- Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
- Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
- Maintain regular communication with supervisory staff
- Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
- Collect therapy session data
- Availability for weekday and weekend work
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of ABA experience.
Qualifications
- BA in a related field or undergraduate pursuing relevant education
- Valid RBT certification
