Role Overview

Model excellence in direct ABA service delivery and uphold the center’s clinical standards.

Support the BCBA in ensuring treatment plans are implemented with consistency, professionalism, and fidelity.

Promote best practices in ABA and reinforce ethical, client-centered care in daily operations.

Team Development & Culture

Mentor and support RBTs to strengthen clinical skills and confidence.

Provide hands-on guidance, modeling, and constructive feedback to encourage professional growth.

Foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where teamwork and accountability thrive.

Program Oversight

Implement individualized treatment plans designed by the BCBA to reflect each child’s unique goals.

Ensure skill acquisition and behavior intervention programs are delivered accurately and consistently.

Support treatment integrity and adherence to ethical and organizational standards.

Quality Assurance & Outcomes

Collect and maintain accurate behavioral data to track client progress.

Communicate trends, barriers, and successes to the supervising BCBA to support data-driven decisions.

Promote continuous improvement in service delivery to enhance client outcomes and team performance.

Communication & Collaboration

Maintain open, professional communication with families regarding client progress and session updates.

Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure cohesive care.

Represent the center’s mission and values with professionalism in all interactions.

What Sets You Apart

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing.
  • Experience providing ABA services in clinic, home, or school-based settings.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities or experience mentoring peers.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles, behavior intervention implementation, and data collection.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for mentoring others and delivering high-quality, meaningful care.
