Responsibilities
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and other team members
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy
- Collaborate with the treatment team to set goals and develop strategies to meet client needs
- Accurately record and maintain client data, treatment plans, and progress notes
Requirements
- Currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or a related field) preferred
- Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with children and families from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
