Registered Behavior Technician

About the role

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States. We are looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) capable of working under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing therapy directly in the homes of children with autism. Applied ABC is a rapidly growing, clinician-owned ABA therapy agency offering both in‑home and in‑center therapy, plus customized training in ABA basics, behavior understanding, classroom management, data collection, and peer conflict.

Responsibilities

• Implement unique, one-to-one behavioral intervention plans
• Participate in continued staff training on ABA techniques
• Regular communication with supervisory staff
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA
• Collect therapy session data
• Weekday and weekend availability

Requirements

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience
• BA in a related field or undergraduate pursuing relevant education
• Valid RBT certification
